Love this place. Avoid it in spring though. There is huge amounts of ticks. Great for mountain biking. Great for hiking. Dog owners here never pick up their poop though. If you do bring your dogs here. I recommend leashing, lots of wildlife, including nasty porcupines.
Always an enjoyable hike with lots of trail choices in a rather small area.
A peaceful beautiful place to get to nature only a short drive from the city. Love this place. Wonderful photo opportunities!!
Wascana Trails is the best place to escape the busy city and be outside with nature. Its full of hills, cliffs, and a river. And has lots of biking/hiking/walking trails. If you plan on going biking there, make sure you have a mountain bike or a bike with low gears because of all the uphill cycling you will come across.
Went there with my gf.Best place to hang around. We took some snacks and a bedsheet. Really enjoyed it. Also did some hiking. Do not go around tick season. August is the best month to visit. Very well maintained.
